Past Projects
Our first several projects have provided the research and development we needed to perfect our homes and make our future building plans viable. Each project represents a study of building techniques and construction details that enable us to create super energy efficient, healthy homes.
100k House Project
The 100k House was our first project and represents the beggining of our pursuit of affordable, high performance, design forward homes. Read more.

Our second project was known as the Passive Project because it represented our attempt at the German Passiv Haus Standard. Read more.
Skinny Project
The Skinny combined our learning from the first 4 homes. It is the best of LEED and Passiv Haus and features our first house tattoos. Read more.
